Shipping service

Small items and smaller furniture can be delivered either by UPS or DHL. If you can not collect the package at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a card and you can pick up the package in a branch. We would not recommend to adress the delivery to a packing station because of different package sizes. Please make sure that someone will be present at the delivery address, in order to be able to receive it.

Upon delivering of large furniture our shipping partner will contact you a few days before delivery. You will be suggested a delivery date and a time slot that you can either accept or suggest another time.

Your product will be delivered to you , into a room of your choice, and the packaging will be disposed of on request. By delivery from the 4th floor (36 steps) an existence of lift in house is necessary.  If no lift is available, our shipping partner delivers packages only with a weight of up to 75 kg to the 3rd floor.




The delivery costs depend on the value of the goods and the delivery address in your shopping cart.

As soon as you have sent us your order and log in to your account, you will find a list of all your ordered items under "Order History and Details". Just click on the item you would like to track and below will appear the tracking link to track the delivery of your order.


Delivery of several products at the same time

It depends entirely on whether the products are ordered and manufactured on the same factory and from the same manufacturer. We have different products made by different manufacturers. Therefore, they may also be sent at different times. However, you can always check the approximate delivery period in your customer area under "Order History and Details".


Still not received your delivery - what can I do?

First of all, we apologize to you. We're very sorry for that. Together with our manufacturers and partners, we work hard to keep delivery times as short as possible and avoid delays. Should a delay nevertheless occur, we will contact you immediately by an E-Mail. If you wait for your delivery longer than announced on a product page and have not heard from us, you can log in under "My account". In your orders, you can see exactly where the delivery is currently located.


What happens when my delivery arrives and I'm not at home?

For large deliveries, such as sofas or beds, the carrier company will contact you in advance, in order to arrange a delivery date with you. Of course, you can change this, if necessary. If the delivery of a medium sized parcel is made and you were not at home, the carrier will leave a notification informing you where to pick up the delivery (DHL or UPS Packstation). Smaller packages can also be deposited by the neighbor.
